If the procedure you will be having done is an outpatient procedure, you must contact your insurance company to make sure it does not require pre-authorization. Depending on your insurance coverage, a deposit may be required and you will be responsible for all balances that your insurance company does not cover.
When outpatient surgery is scheduled, please be able to be reached by phone the day of your surgery in case your surgery has been changed. Notify our office if you are at a phone other than at your home.
All inpatient procedures will be pre-authorized by our office. Please be aware that our physicians are specialists and due to this fact their fees may be higher. You will need to contact your insurance company if you would like to know how much will be paid on your surgery and for any additional information regarding your policy provisions.
