Francesca Gresik, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC

Francesca is a California native who grew up playing sports (basketball, soccer and volleyball) and was first introduced to the world of sports medicine as an “athlete turned patient” following repeated ankle sprains and a torn ACL. Her passion for sports medicine grew during college within the world of athletic training where she had the opportunity to work with collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes in various settings. Her interest became more and more specialized to the rehabilitation side of injuries, which allowed her to blend her knowledge & background as an athlete and as an athletic trainer to the world of physical therapy. After leaving California in 2017, she worked as a traveling PT for years in various locations across the country, which ultimately brought her back to Montana for good in 2021 after she fell love with the state, its vibe, the beauty, the people and the culture in 2019.

Credentials: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2012), Board Certified Clinical Sports Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association (2017), Dry Needling Certified (2020), Certified Athletic Trainer (2009)

Outside of work, Francesca is always on the move and enjoys traveling, taking road trips, spending time outdoors to camp, hike and SUP with family and friends to explore Montana. She also enjoys reading and staying active with weight lifting, hot yoga and Spartan training/ CrossFit workouts.
